Quality Control and Quality Assurance

Our routine quality control procedure includes:

• all numbers included in the text against the source tables or data
• all cross references within the text to other chapters and tables
• all page numbers referenced in the body of the text
• all literature references in the text with the Reference List and vice versa
• conformity with the customer's SOPs

Further, any implausible or inconsistent data caught by the writer will be brought to your attention, as will apparent discrepancies found between the study protocol and the data provided.

Aditional quality assurance checks of tables against the raw data, for example, can be provided by arrangement.
